Since 2004, many EoC companies around the world have offered internship programs aimed at young people at least 21 years old, interested in a work experience in one of the 800 companies of the Economy of Communion. The goal is to offer young people a real experience of working life in an Economy of Communion company that allows both technical training in your area of interest, plus a spiritual and cultural education and as to how the ideals and goals of the EoC are lived in a company.
